I am always thinking that reviews are made up, but believe this is 100% true. What a fantastic experience working with this company!!! 1) When I called, the lady that answer the phone A. I was a bit skeptical about starting our bathroom renovation because I thought it was going to be a complicated job and I hadn’t had a great experience with plumbers in the past but Steve and his team put me at ease completely. They gave a very reasonable quote which they stuck to and they went above and beyond to fix any issues that arose keeping within our budget. They were friendly and efficient. The bathroom looks great and the finish was professional. The office team were also responsive and helpful.

I phoned the office today to see if I could get a plumber to help my dad have some heating in his home. Ben Langton came over and I have to say, I was blown away by his outstanding attitude and customer service, fixing a boiler issue and providing heating for my vulnerable dad. Our electric shower stopped working, so I contacted SMH Plumbing & Heating. Their sales, administration and engineering teams were extremely helpful and very efficient in sorting out the problem. The Engineer who fitted the new shower unit was very professional and extremely pleasant. Highly recommended Company.
