I was a bit skeptical about starting our bathroom renovation because I thought it was going to be a complicated job and I hadn’t had a great experience with plumbers in the past but Steve and his team put me at ease completely. They gave a very reasonable quote which they stuck to and they went above and beyond to fix any issues that arose keeping within our budget. They were friendly and efficient. The bathroom looks great and the finish was professional. The office team were also responsive and helpful.

Had an issue with the heating system overflowing. Engineer came out and resolved the problem with no fuss and was able to give us expert advice. No unnecessary charges. Brilliant, will certainly use again.

Recommended, a great company. I’m very pleased with the quality and speed of work done at a good price. Steve was very responsive to all communications and accommodating to fit the job in quickly. Sam came out and did our quote - he was lovely and very knowledgable. The quote was very competitive. Ben came out and did the work, he did a really great job. A full new combi system from scratch as we didn’t have a present system already. It’s a very tidy job, everything works perfectly and we finally have a nice warm house! Thank you very much.
