I took my daughter for an urgent care visit with Dr. Savannah Krause! It was thee worst experience. She was unwelcoming at the onset of the visit and it continued right downhill. We left with my daughter in no better condition, no diagnosis & not a care in the world from Dr. Krause. Do not take your kids to see this being. Atop all of this Michelle Harold, the manager, is incredibly unprofessional. A "care team" should be exactly that, a team of experts working together to care for their patients.
