RecommendedMy goodness! Bayside is most grand. It is a life saver. The doctors and nurses are so kind. The surroundings are most comfortable. Therapists open us up a bit. Give us something to work with. The challenges and the good in all. We come out of Bayside different without losing our gifts. Two adult units. One kid unit. And parents if you feel badly for sending your kuds to Bayside. They seem miserable and want to go home crying when you come to visit. Oh my goodness you should hear them when you are not there! Recommended5 Stars So far so good! Everyone here has been helpful, courteous, and amazing to my boyfriend who has a spinal neck fusion. Dr Feiertag is excellent. I would recommend this place. Have to spend the night so hopefully it goes as well tonight and tomorrow as it did this morning and afternoon. I also love love love the EASE app for surgery. It is so wonderful to have an operating room nurse keeping me updated throughout the surgery!!!
Have always loved SMH, but the last 25 hours here has been the worst of all my time here. Lack of service Lack of Communication and worse, what feels like lack of care for patient needs/ wants.

RecommendedToday my 3yr old had tubes inserted in his ears and adenoids removed and let me tell you, all the staff is just amazingly professional and friendly. Thank you for all the attentions and the marvelous service, it makes you feel so comfortable and takes out the stress because you know your little one is in the best hands!!! Thank you!!!
