Great service! I had a slow leak coming from a powder room toilet that was dripping into the basement. I noticed excellent reviews for Devin & Sons Plumbing and decided to call. I spoke with Jalen, who called me back later that day to let me know he would be over early the next morning. Jalen arrived right on time. He found that the leak was caused by a bad wax ring under the toilet. Our hot water tank had a problem and needed to be replaced. I called a local plumbing company in Austin, and they sent out technicians the next day to look at the issue and give me a quote. I had an issue with my shower valve and couldn't use my only bathroom, so I was having to travel a long way just to shower elsewhere. My landlord was having trouble finding a good plumber, but finally contacted Devin & Sons Plumbing. Colin called me and thought he wouldn’t be able to come out until later in the week, but he finished another job early and was able to come by sooner. I highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone in Austin who needs quality work at a fair price. After finding a sewage leak under the house, I called and Keith came out to figure out and fix the problem. He was quick to respond, clearly knew his stuff, and took great care in repairing the leak. I would highly recommend Devin & Sons Plumbing. Based on our experience, Eric showed a real commitment to fixing our plumbing problems while keeping the cost fair.
