Terrible customer service - I used to be able to call the office directly and get what I need. I have been calling all week to get my blood results and I have still not gotten an answer. This new change is horrible. I keep getting told someone will call me back and they never do, next day, same thing again.
Every time I visit this office I have a poor experience. Although the staff overall are friendly and the space is clean and well equipped, my body is never taken seriously and I feel like a car in an assembly line. I don’t believe it’s because any of the staff or doctors are ill intentioned, I feel it’s part of a larger systemic issue, but I don’t think that excuses behaviors I’ve experienced as a patient.
