I have never written a bad review before, but I feel this one is absolutely necessary. I booked an appointment well over a month ago—closer to two months, actually—for October 30th. Yesterday at 4:52 PM, I received a text saying my appointment was canceled and needed to be rescheduled. There was no phone call, no voicemail, and no explanation as to why it was canceled. Amazing doctors…HOWEVER when you cannot actually see them it doesn’t matter how good they are. Since this location has switched to Revere Medical it has gone downhill. The office staff answer the phones say they will call you back…then don’t. I tried to book an appointment as followup care after a hospital stay (in my discharge paperwork), I was told my doctor is out and I would receive a call back never did. I don’t usually leave reviews, but what happened I think is insane. When I moved to the area, I visited doctor Mandy Kaur, I asked for some referrals to other specialists, but I was told that I am young and healthy and I’m gonna be okay. However, now they’ve got the doctor that I really would like to see. But they said I can’t switch provider inside the clinic and because I already was assigned to Mrs. Kaur. I don’t usually write reviews unless they are positive and to help a business out; However, I cannot let what happened to me here slide. I was a patient of Dr. Prathima Chaloori’s for at least a year and a half. I had multiple visits (telehealth and in person) where I complained of frequent vomiting and upper abdominal pain. Unfortunately, I have to give it a star in order to even leave a review. But I wouldn't even give it a star. Saddens me to even have to do this because of all the stuff Steward Medical is undergoing behind the scenes, to then have people who work for SMG be a terrible face for the company with poor people skills, poor communication, & poor customer service.
