It is a disgrace how some of the clerical staff treat the patient at the cardiology dept. on Marston street when you call.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called this practice because I was considering them for my PCP. I requested Dr. Turiano, whom I was told by MassHealth accepting new clients. I was quickly told he was not, so I asked for another male PCP. This receptionist named Maria or Marina quickly told me it would be a minimum of two months to get an appt as a new customer.
