While I absolutely love Dr. Kaur, I just encountered the rudest receptionist. I have previously had to cancel a few appointments. She quickly snapped at me and said "Are you going to show up to this one" ... Yes, yes I am. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called this practice because I was considering them for my PCP. I requested Dr. Turiano, whom I was told by MassHealth accepting new clients. I was quickly told he was not, so I asked for another male PCP. This receptionist named Maria or Marina quickly told me it would be a minimum of two months to get an appt as a new customer. Very highly do not recommend this place is an absolute mess no one answers the phone and half the people that have no idea what they're talking about I'm surprised this place is even open and able to take care of people it should be closed down for good
No one answers the phone here or returns voicemails. How am I supposed to make an appointment with my DR???
This place deserve a zero rating because THIS Primary Care doesn't really care for us. Leave all your work and go directly to take an appointment. They do not receive calls or respond to VMs. Pathetic service.
