So disappointed in the office staff today. Arrived 10 minutes late for my mother's 4:15 pm appt and was told we needed to reschedule. Keep in mind, they are open until 5 pm. It is the day after a major snow storm, my Mom is 81 years old and uses a walker. It was quite a process to get there between snow covered roads and unbelievable traffic. Shame on all of you!!
While I absolutely love Dr. Kaur, I just encountered the rudest receptionist. I have previously had to cancel a few appointments. She quickly snapped at me and said "Are you going to show up to this one" ... Yes, yes I am. I just recently lost my Mother to a massive heart attack and made a promise that I would care for myself better. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called this practice because I was considering them for my PCP. I requested Dr. Turiano, whom I was told by MassHealth accepting new clients. I was quickly told he was not, so I asked for another male PCP. This receptionist named Maria or Marina quickly told me it would be a minimum of two months to get an appt as a new customer. Very highly do not recommend this place is an absolute mess no one answers the phone and half the people that have no idea what they're talking about I'm surprised this place is even open and able to take care of people it should be closed down for good
No one answers the phone here or returns voicemails. How am I supposed to make an appointment with my DR???
