I’ve called the office many times at many different times of day and have never reached a human. Their answering machine message says they’ll return calls within 24-48 hours but that doesn’t happen. Their patient portal is non-functioning. And they don’t receive any faxes my doctor sends them, even though I’ve verified the fax number on both ends. So basically they’re just not really running the business…?!
