This is the 4th time doctor canceled appointment day of. Who do I report this to?
This department is just terrible. The receptionist hates her job, which I get the health care field is stressful and toxic. But the least you could do is pickup the phone. It seems like they choose which hours to work even when they are suppose to be there 8:30-5. Just shorten your hours then. She calls and never leaves a voicemail, so you have no idea why she called in the first place. Then when you call back she is annoyed. Edit Dr. Ryan ran out without notice. I got called to come meet the new doctor! I refused also he used to talk about how much he loved her receptionist. Sorry sweetie doing your nails in front of patients and not caring or good at your job. I know I am a receptionist as well!!!
