So very disappointed in appointment availability and the wait time to hear back from people. I think it's pretty crummy when all you want is an appointment, with a multiple day, open ended time frame of availabilty and they can't help you, or recommend you visit a minute clinic or urgent care. What do we even have a physician for? And over 2-1/2 hours of waiting for a callback, and when I call to check in, you can't even give me an idea how much longer it will be? How is that professional?
