200 miles from home camping, hit something in the water, damaged rudder and prop:-( called SMG sure bring it in and we will have you out in 2 hours. Now that's customer service:) oh and they gave us a free fire extinguisher which the dealer we purchased from didn't supply. We will definitely be back
