Was getting off the highway and a driver was in front on me, didn't use a blinker to get off and got off almost last minute there for cutting me off. Then proceeds to slow down looking like they were going left towards Breezewood Ln but then goes last minute right with no blinker again, cutting me off once again.
Driver on phone on I41 failing to maintain lane nearly hit me. Hit rumbles multiple times.

We are a roofing contractor, and recently had the pleasure working with Cullen. Communication, coordination and scheduling went great.
