Not sure about their plumbing abilities. However watching one of their drivers throw trash on the ground at a gas station, kinda showed me the respect they don't have. 20 feet away are recycling bins.
From installing our water softener, fixed the outside tap in the garage, to putting in my new laundry room (sink, gas dryer, cabinets and counter). Simon has really been able to do it all. Professional to the core. I have been calling on him for years now and always received great service. His years of experience and expertise show by how efficient he works.
I had a plumbing emergency in my basement and reached out to SMD Plumbing Services through a referral. They immediately came out understanding the importance of my situation. Simon and his associate from SMD Plumbing were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They fixed my issue in a timely manner and the cost did not reflect it was an emergency situation. The finished product is more than I could have asked. Amazing.
Simon (and his crew) were a pleasure to work with. Simon has the experience to give multiple options for plumbing solutions based on desired outcome and budget. He showed up when he said he would, communicated well, and completed the job in a reasonable time frame. Excellent skill and service.
Would highly recommend using SMD Plumbing services!! I’ve been lucky enough to have Simon service all my plumbing needs for many years. Very professional, timely, safety conscious and solution focused. He has handled everything from clogged toilets/drains, new sump pump, new bathroom plumbing, fridge waterlines and most recently a new 3/4” supply pipe with blowdown attachment for a residential irrigation system. If you’re in need of anything plumbing related make sure you give him a call, he will make it happen!!
