Poor maintenance garage is a death trap building is falling apart on 11 and 11 th. Mold invested owner only comes over 2 times a year to mow. No winter maintenance as far as shoveling apartments at 11 and 11th have stuff falling apart again nothing done after numerous work orders and office visits very unprofessional I'll never rent through SMC again
In my honest opinion SMC has been very open minded and willing to rent to me for going over 3 years now. I appreciate the understanding and kindness I have received from them. Thank you.
They are the only respectful/ caring property management team I've ever dealt with. I rent a lot from them now, and dint ever have any problems. They are understanding, and work with you on anything.
