This is, without question, the worst property management company I have dealt with in Minot. Calling for help or making a request was routinely frustrating. The staff member who frequently answered the phone was argumentative, dismissive, and seemed more interested in debating than resolving concerns. It reached the point that I avoided calling whenever possible because I knew the interaction would likely become unpleasant. Only people I will rent through in minot! They’re so professional and welcoming. Anytime I have an issue it doesn’t take long for someone to fix anything I need, Ms. Selena is amazing! If you are looking for a place .. SMC IS IT!

Poor maintenance garage is a death trap building is falling apart on 11 and 11 th. Mold invested owner only comes over 2 times a year to mow. No winter maintenance as far as shoveling apartments at 11 and 11th have stuff falling apart again nothing done after numerous work orders and office visits very unprofessional I'll never rent through SMC again

In my honest opinion SMC has been very open minded and willing to rent to me for going over 3 years now. I appreciate the understanding and kindness I have received from them. Thank you.
