Every employee at this office is wonderful! Kind, professional, cheerful, and highly efficient! The doctors are fantastic, give a complete and through exam, listen to concerns and give clear understandable treatment instruction all with a caring, compassionate, and friendly demeanor. The Labcorp access within the office is convenient and the phlebotomist has a superior professional technique that is better than most I have experienced!
Awful overall experience. First appointment, I get bloodwork drawn in the office and they schedule me to come back in a few weeks to review results and discuss options - I travel frequently, so we specifically set this appt before I was leaving the area again. For my second appointment, I show up to the office on time. The nurse gets me into a room and says they are still waiting on the doctor to get in. About 15 minutes past my appointment time, the doctor calls my cell phone and says she thought it was a telehealth appoint... read more
