I don't understand why a doctor would set my kid up to fail. He admits she has needs although he may not understand the condition, they even say to bring the wheelchair form to be signed but refused to acknowledge anything on the school form even though he must know a kid who needs a wheelchair can't walk 3 miles to and from school in a district with no buses.
