I read one of the other reviews and we had a very similar negative experience with a woman working the drive through that appeared to be a manager. Rude from the start. Hello, I am reporting an experience I had today because I don’t want anyone else to have a similar experience. While placing my order, I asked for my fries to be cooked fresh. Initially, it seemed like the employee was ignoring me, but I realized the drive-thru speaker was malfunctioning. Worse location!!!! I'm so thankful 5 guys is near. Did an app order walked in.. nobody up front. Waited 10 minutes to get acknowledged. After waiting 34 minutes for my online order finally we are leaving. While sitting here I told my daughter we will not be back. Staff don't engage, don't even speak. Burgers aren't all that.
