Absolutely atrocious customer service. I ordered $100 of food directly from their official website and it never showed up. The staff refused to take responsibility, blamed a third-party delivery service, and gave me the runaround about a refund. When I asked for a manager, I was left on hold. After being told to call back in 10 minutes for 'management approval' on my refund, they hung up on me three consecutive times. I’m filing a chargeback on my card and I am completely done with this place. Avoid at all costs.
Food was a little slow coming out but fantastic
🍔 One of the best burger places! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The toppings were fresh, the fries were delicious, and the whole experience was great. Definitely a place I would come back to for another burger! Highly recommended
