I have been waiting for over 15 minutes. I ordered one burger and fries all of the workers just keep looking at the drive thru window and laughing. If this wasn’t a requested meal inwould ditch it. But I will never go to smash burger again.
Food was good. Service was good, only issue was my sisters cheese fries came out almost 10 minutes before her burger. I don't understand why it didn't all come out at once?
I have eaten here 47 times since Friday. My family thinks I am deployed but I'm actually in the parking lot. I am typing this from the parking lot. The manager here is no woman but rather a FORCE of nature, a weather event really, a being who exists partially outside the bounds of reality and linear time. Outstanding!! First time visiting. Not terribly busy. Staff were amazing, from the front of the restaurant, to the awesome cooks in the back. Everyone was extremely friendly, which is a rarity in restaurants these days. I was driving for Grubhub when I got a delivery from Smashburger. Never even knew this place existed. I got the Bacon Double Smashburger. Probably one of the most flavorful and massive burgers I've eaten in years. Will 100% be returning. Well done to all of you.
I have consistently bad experiences here. Undercooked meat, an absurd amount of char bits molten into the cheese, cross contamination. There's always something that makes the trip a waste of money. Never coming back.
