No fault of the staff. There were only 2-3 people working. We had to wait 20 minutes for our dine in order. There was only 1 family in when we put our order in. And then a rush came in behind us, which caused the only FOH staff get too busy at the register to bring us our food. Saw it was sitting under the warmer for about 10 minutes. Fries were luke-warm, burger was just a burger. I love smash, but this was a very disappointing experience.
