Best burger in Alaska.
This is a long time coming. Wish I could have a business I could ignore and it just does well. This was a great place to eat with fast service and clean environment. No more. Food it's still good enough to eat, bit the service is slow no matter how or when you order. Always seem to have a lot of kids who are employees, can't say they are "working" there. I am writing this review for two of the BEST workers in this establishment: Terry & Tia. I am a dasher and they both were working very hard and doing their best at getting together the orders that were in-house as well as their online orders. Terry had excellent communication with me. I really enjoyed both Terry and Tia's hardwork as well as their Teamwork. Not sure who the strawberry blonde girl was, but every time I was in to pick-up an order, she seems lazy. Always on here. Okay? First of all, I have no idea how this location has less than 4 stars. I heard there may be a new owner, which then explains it. Because l just cant fathom how one would give this Smashburger. Anything less than 4 stars. Listen, my significant other and i8 the colorado (#1) and kenai smashburger yesterday and I jokingly said let's get smashburger again tomorrow ... Since they've taken on a new approach, the quality has gone through the roof. They're Colorado Burger might be the best Smashburger I've ever had, ever. What's so good my significant other and I went back the next day just to scratch that itch one more time. Also, for what it's worth, even though it's not a full-time item the mac and cheese they sell is five star. I'd love a little Jalapeno in it but then I'm getting picky, we will definitely be going back very soon!
