I came into Smashburger today with me and my two friends I got all of my friends smash fries and one of them got a chicken burger. The other one got a Colorado burger and my other friend got the classic. I just have to say this place was so amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic and I have to give a special thanks to our waiter Alex. He was so great. He was extremely hospitable and made eating at Smashburger a great experience. 5 STARS
I had an amazing experience thanks to our waiter, Laila From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. They knew the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and made sure our drinks were always full. What really stood out was their genuine attitude — they made us feel welcome and valued throughout the meal. Leila has great customer service skills and had great suggestions for lunch for me today. Food was great, whoever the cook was delivered a great burger, tasty, juicy and well presented!!
Food is great, customer service is good too and very friendly. Laila went out of her way to fix a minor issue I had with my order. I come here once or twice a week. The restrooms are clean and the dine in area is a pleasant area to have lunch.
