Not only was my order wrong, it was terrible. I ordered a BBQ Bacon Smash Burger & I got a bacon cheeseburger with a side of BBQ sauce. It sucked. It was easily the worst burger I’ve ever had. I also ordered a side of cheesy Mac. Instead I got a cheesy Mac smash burger, which wasn’t even edible if I wanted to eat that instead of the nasty, bacon cheeseburger. My experience at Smashburger was okay overall. It was extremely busy when ordering, which made the line a bit stressful, but the food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered the truffle mushroom burger, which had good flavor but was very greasy, taking away from the experience.
They have good hamburgers. Their tomatoes, lettuce, onions and jalapeños are fresh and taste good on their burgers and chicken. They have quite a good selection of add ons to their hamburgers and to their chicken sandwiches. Their burgers are juicy and tasty. I really like their shoestring fries. The pictured hamburgers are $4.99 each.
