I was really hoping the food would be excellent, because the service was mediocre. As I walked in the cook gave me a greeting but the cashier was completely cold and unfriendly. I would say her personality was cold as ice. The cook named Jose wish me a good day on the way out. So as far as Jose goes I compliment in service. But the cashier whose name was either Isabel or Christine I'm not sure which one like I said was cold as ice and was as friendly as a upset guard dog.
Cold bread, and greasy, undercooked bacon. Every Wednesday, they have a promotion where you get a free kids' meal with the purchase of a regular meal; a customer who was about to leave the restaurant saw me with my two children and realized that the person taking our order hadn't mentioned the offer at all. The customer stepped in to tell me about it, but the cashier still refused to honor the promotion. Please stop hiring unqualified people only for skin color or race.
Do you know their gift cards are being sold for 30% off elsewhere? So if you need to pay $30 with tax now you will end up paying $21.
Really bad service the guy who took my order smells like marijuana so bad. The restroom was super dirty, someone pieed all over the toilet .
