I walked in and no on was there and they had one order on the screen I went to us the restroom come back out and looks like picked up cashier was busy talking orders so the kitchen manager ran out and helped all the DINE in customers get there food ( I ordered before all of them) and after he took care of all the people eating in house he ran back to the office my burger still sat in that window for 15min because they cashier was still taking orders the manager even looked at me before heading to office did ask me if I neede... read more
Erin is so amazing and sweet I was really not happy due to a bad day from some bad news she's really a kind caring sweet and very helpful girl. Kind of expensive for what you get. Food was good, but both of the orders we placed had mistakes even though we were the only patrons in the restaurant.
Nagging about tips can’t even bother to hand over a cup for drinks
UPDATE: Outside of the reply to this review the owner never follow up, never actually apologized, and took over a week to refund me. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long while. It’s too bad my family liked the food here. Ordered online was given a pickup time order was marked as complete. I showed up and was told it would be another 20 mins. They don’t care about people’s time and are fudging the numbers.
