Nice gym with good community. Folks will get to know you by name. Off-hour classes are generally small so you get more individualized help and support.
If you’re looking for real kickboxing training and not just a cardio class where you punch the air, this is the placae. The coaches actually teach technique — footwork, combinations, defense, conditioning — and they push you to improve every class. The training is legit. The gym smelled so bad that I had to cancel my membership
Classes are fun and engaging, the martial art coaches are great trainers who care. However, do not sign up for the 6-week bootcamp. When I was talking about signing up they made it seem like they would be there and help me accomplish my goals but really they're just reading off a script in order to get you to sign up.
