Absolutely the worst company to deal with. The owner, Eddie, completely checks out the moment you sign the contract—he is only interested in taking your money. Their extreme employee turnover is a massive red flag. Every time someone is sent out to fix their subpar products, it's a brand-new crew that has no idea what they are doing. I have been working with this company for over 5 years and they are great. I measure a company based on solving issues since they always come up and this company always been able to take care of them. There is a core group that are always involved including the owner and I usually get a response to my emails with an hour or less.
