I booked an appointment for 10am. Arrived on time and only 1 stylist there, already cutting a man's hair. She (Vanessa) tells me she will only be a few minutes. Another stylist shows up 5 minutes later and takes another client who has booked for 10am. Vanessa is still cutting his hair 20 minutes later because she is also answering the phone and doing bookings. I have been seeing Courtney here for awhile now and with my hair type being so much and thick she knows how to work with it and always leaves me happy ! 😊 she is good and very friendly I highly recommend her! 👌
