We brought our son here in Indiana, PA for a simple haircut. We been here about 3 times now and I asked why do you charge 10.95$ for a kids cut and wash when you never washed it any of the 3 times? So when he came back out from getting a cut, I requested they do what I pay for since there visibly was hair all over his face. She didn't even bother to wipe it off a 9 year old.
