My cut was ok I give a $4 tip to make it a even $30. I asked about my neck she said its good. Well I got home and asked my husband to shave my neck and I used a razor to thin it out. I just felt rushed it was the Friday before July 4th and I waited close to an hour for the cut. I've had much better experiences at Smart Cuts but hey you win some you loss some. I will be back im sure of it.
