Do these people ever answer their phone??? I've been trying to reach them for weeks. They have an answering machine message that invites you to leave a message, but you can't leave a message because the inbox is full. What the hell is going on here? Also, the online appointment system apparently doesn't work either. I know people that have made appointments on that only to come in and find that there is no appointment or somebody else has a spot in their place so how are you supposed to make an appointment?

I love this place because of Brandy, not only did she cut and color my hair to perfection but she also listened to my stories . She's more than my stylist she's also my friend for life.
