Very pleasant and did a good job on my hair
I went to Smart Style 1.5 weeks ago. I asked how much the perm was. I was quoted $65.00. Great, I saved for the perm. The stylist did a great job but when I went to pay I was charged $85.00 more. When I asked why the stylist said per her manager because she had to use more solution. My hair barely reaches my shoulders. Usually I tip the stylist but I couldn't even afford to do that.
