Someone called in sick so they were behind. Shampoo scrub was rough and hair was still wet when it was blow dried. Felt very rushed.
Great service and very friendly stylist.
I was walk-in and they got me in after a couple minutes. The hairstylist did a great job
The two stylists working did not seem to know what they were doing. My mother and I both ended up with the same haircut and it was nothing that we asked for. We both wanted shoulder length cuts and we ended up leaving with above the shoulder cuts. We were both highly dissatisfied.
