I was warned that this place its poorly managed and usually doesn’t do a good job. I’m new in town so I wanted to try it anyways. First time they did a okay job on my hair cut. Second time I went for hair cut + color. WOW they literally bleached my hair and that’s it. My hair is originally black but I have highlights. The person who did my hair clearly didn’t know anything about coloring. Very disappointed. I left the place with a red root and the rest of the hair blonde.
