Young lady was very polite and helpful. Did what i asked her to do.
I went on a Monday evening and the place was not busy. One person was getting his hair cut. I think one person was waiting. I thought great it won't take too long. I was wrong! I sat there and watched a parade of people come in and go before me because they signed in online (app). I think that the app and the in-person sign-in rosters should be merged together. I followe my favorite stylist. She always does a great job and tells me if my hair needs extra care. The store was clean and tidy with an inviting atmosphere.
