Writing for my 92 yr old grandmother, she went to smart style in Walmart in Greenville Tx on Dec. 7, 2022. She went in for a cut and perm. Yesterday she went to the salon and it was closed there was a customer who had an appointment waiting outside she said nobody called her to tell her they wouldn't be there. She went into today and there was one hairdresser not sure 100% but think name was Chrisrina (when I called to complain she would not give me her name or give me customer service phone number, she kept hanging up). Does NOT keep business hours according to website. Drove several miles to buy product after calling to confirm hours. Store was closed. Waste of time snd gas money. Horrible Customer Service
