Let me just start by saying Sasha is amazing and I’d give her 10 stars if I could! I made an appt for 2:10 for the next available associate and my husband took my son to the appt. At 2:45 my husband text that he had not been seen yet and two women were just standing around doing nothing. I called the store and whoever answered the phone informed me they were waiting on Sasha to get back from a break because her and another girl were waiting for appts; a 2:30 that was running late and 3 o’clock appts.
