Person cutting my hair wasn’t listening to what I was asking from her. I do not like the cut and am very unhappy with it. I paid for it but am so very unhappy and do not like it one bit!! I was never asked if I wanted it washed or not. She wouldn’t even look at the picture we were trying to show her of what it is supposed to be. I repeatedly told her I wanted it shorter and she was barely even taking anything off. I told her 3 times.
