I’m disappointed that my child did not receive the haircut that was requested and was given a tiny trim. The hairstylist did not listen to the request, nor went off the photo that was provided. My son’s hair was uneven and choppy, growing out from an undercut style. So he had very short hair underneath, very long hair on top. Friendly efficient service
Honestly probably one of the worst experiences of my life. I went in with shoulder length hair and came out with a length I couldn't even tie up in a hair tie. I showed the stylist a picture which was relatively close to what I already had and just wanted a touch up and a reshape and what I walked out with was a hair cut that looked like Dora the Explorer's. Theresa cut my hair today at the SmartStyle hair salon and her service is very phenomenal, she was so friendly, kind, funny and thorough! I will definitely go back again for more hair services and ask for her. The price is very reasonable for a haircut as well.
