Booked an appointment online for 10 AM store was closed. Had to call store multiple times with no answer once I reached someone, Tiffany was not very nice she did apologize but communication was not pleasant especially for a first time customer.

Took my daughter in took get a hair cut. We had a little disagreement about how short to cut her hair. The lady that did cut her hair was very patient with us. Also with us trying to find pictures on internet that we could agree on.
