I went for a trim at Smartstyle in Fort Saskatchewan. The woman who cut my hair was a lovely person but I have to say my trim was a disappointment to say the least. The worst part is I asked her to not touch the length. Guess what she did. Trimmed the back. I didn’t realize until I got home just how much she trimmed off.  I’m not only disappointed about that but the rest needs a cut!!! I had it done 3 days ago…. Part of being a good stylist is listening to the client.

Current operating hours are : Monday 9am to 5pm Tuesday 9am to 3pm Wednesday - Closed Thursday - Closed Friday - 9am to 5pm Saturday - 9am to 5pm Sunday 10am to 4pm Thank you :)

Hairstylist Greg is crude. Mouthy and rude. Loud and belligerent. I will never go back as long as he's working there!

Got my haircut today paid her even tipped her but I won’t be back. I got home to it being super uneven and now I have to go get it fixed. While there I asked her to Blend it out more because it was super choppy. She attempted to, but it still wasn’t blended out and it’s still super choppy didn’t ask her again because I already asked why should I have to ask again. Grace is absolutely the best out there! I travel to Florida from New Jersey and my first stop is to have Grace do my hair! She knows color and styles! I have been a client since 2010!

I tried to do a walk-in to get my hair trimmed up. I was told by the person working there. She was booked up with appointments and she wouldn't be able to it. I said o.k. went into Walmart did my shopping came back by about 15 minutes later. I walked by there to see her chatting with someone in front. I asked her where in the area that I could go instead. Because they were not interested in having my business. I never go back again.
