My stylist was polite and she did do the service I received nicely but the fact that I already had a pre-scheduled appointment at 1 o’clock and my service started 45 minutes late already kind of put a bad taste in my mouth… so I tried to be patient and understanding and waited out because I didn’t have time to do anything else and wanted to just go ahead and get my hair done. First time there. I went to your establishment in the Northeast area, there wasn’t any client there but I couldn’t get service so I drive all the way to West Columbia to great exceptional service. Top job Neke. I will come back there. Neke gave me consultations on how to get my hair healthy. Will surely be back after I get my hair braided and it’s time to take out.
