Monique My hair stylist, she is awesome.Very friendly and always does a great job cutting my hair. She is very good. Monique gave me the best haircut I had in a very very very long time hope she stays at that job very pleased and happy did a fantastic job love her

First off, the shop in itself was "extremely" cold. I "froze "the entire time I was there, not to mention adding cold perm solution to the mix. The stylist was way to chatty, talking loudly to the other stylist in the salon. Had to bring to her attention there were customers up front at the register. I had perm solution dripping down the side of my face and when it was rinsed I had the back of my shirt wet. The hairdryer did not heat up, she never checked to see if it was warm enough.
