Being an older gentleman, I find I'm not always adequately articulate in describing exactly what I want in a hairstyle. But the professionals at SmartStyle visit with me like I'm family and assess my overall desire before laying a scissor to one hair. She was nice, but cut my layers way too short the crown of my head is unstylable. Will not stay in a pony, clip or half up style. It's basically an unwanted wolf cut that is cut way too short.
Ashley was very thorough. Did a great job on my hair very pleasant.
