Got me in real quick. I booked for a wash and cut. My hair was cut after I had it in a pony tail, my stylist didn't wash it before the cut. I felt it was useless to wash it afterwards when I brought up that I booked shampoo and cut. Still charged the full price on me.
Loved my stylist Anna!! Gave me the best cut of my life! Excellent service and great atmosphere!
Anna was extremely rude and didn’t do what I asked. I recommend going to anyone other than her. The other ladies were very nice and friendly. Anna on the other hand wouldn’t even let us sit down while we were waiting, which took an exceptionally long time for a bad hair cut. I have never been treated so poorly. 1 star is still one too many.
