Stylist was not skilled for the style I requested and was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I booked a natural hair silk press and ended up leaving with my hair dripping wet because she tried to cut my hair instead of taking the time to properly detangle it. I was charged for a basic style.
I hate my hair. I wanted purple highlights on my black hair and the purple is basically non existent and I asked for curtain bangs and now I just have bangs and I look horrible and I hate it. You should respond to your email.
