Never go there again!! I booked an appointment with Jessica for today at 9 AM for a color and cut. I received a message from Smartstyle saying my appointment was confirmed. I was there at 8;58 and waited until it opened at 9 AM. The lady, who I assumed was the manager, came in after nine, spoke to Jessica- at which time Jessica told her that she had pulled up my appointment in the computer.
