This was my son’s first time at a salon, and unfortunately it was a very negative experience. We were rushed from the moment we walked in. The stylist began cutting my son’s hair before I had a chance to choose a style or even pull up a reference photo. I assumed there would be children’s hairstyle books or at least a moment to decide, but that opportunity was never given.
