Not very good. Not good at all actually. Did not get what I ask for and very disappointed. It had been a very long time since I had a hair cut. Now I have to wait another long period for it Not to be way way shorter than it is now. My hair was ro my waist I wanted just a little past my shoulders. Ended up with hair above my shoulders and chopped. Wow I should have went with my gut and just waited
