The lady that did my grandson's hair did a horrible job cutting his long hair. He HAD hair halfway down his back. He asked for a trim. A trim. She cut it all the way up to his chin! She butchered his hair! Right before graduation pictures. Right before his graduation walk on stage. It look like a bob cut. A child could have put it in a ponytail and cut it straight across and done a better job! Furious about this cut!
